This package can be purchased for yourself or as a gift for a friend, family member, co-worker, partner, lover, or anyone looking for a healthier mind, body, spirit or simply looking to bring more balance and less stress into their lives.

A special two class holiday gift set has been created for you this season.  This package can be customized to fit your needs: it includes two 60 minute yoga privates; or one 60 minute yoga privates and one 60 minute cranial therapy treatment; or one  60 minute yoga private and one 60 minute thai massage*; or one 60 minute yoga private and one foot reflexology treatment*.

A little bit about my specialized private yoga:

I love teaching yoga and sharing my passion with people of all sizes, shapes, ages and levels.  Everyone can learn to do yoga. During our first session please be prepared to discuss your goals and what you hope to gain out of your yoga practice, so that I can design the perfectly tailored program best suited to match your personal needs. I am certified in 4 different styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Baptsite, Forrest, Prana Flow), I am a trained bodyworker and massage therapist, I am currently becoming a certified AcroYogaTeacher and Thai massage therapist, and I also teach teachers.  I am the private yoga trainer for the Harvard Men and Women’s swim team and I have clients  who range from MD’s to young child athletes, to terminally ill clients.  I have a wide range of highly developed skills to offer you and we will take the time to create the perfect sessions to make you feel amazing!

LOCATION:

I can come to your home and I also have a two studio spaces.  The studio address is 930 Central Square Mass Ave, a beautiful sanctuary located next to the DOOR STORE. The Yoga3 Shala is on the 3rd floor.  Packages are good for six months, though most people use them within 4-12 weeks. 

ADDITIONAL INFO:
Yoga Gear: If you need a mat, I have plenty, just notify me ahead of time.  Blocks and Bolsters (yoga pillows) are a great addition to any practice. I have those as well and will bring them only upon request ( this only applies if I am traveling to your home).  The Yoga Shala is a fully equipped yoga studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Please note that I require a 48 hour cancellation policy by both phone and email, to ensure the message gets delivered.   I also request that any schedule change is confirmed via email, as voice messages can tend to get deleted, never sent, or experience static interference.  Please feel free to call me anytime, just note that any schedule change should be confirmed via email.
